A boost for business at Camberley Volkswagen

A Camberley car retailer’s expansion has already paid dividends following a successful 2009.

Martins Volkswagen appointed a new service reception manager after figures revealed an increase in business and customer satisfaction in 2009.

As a result of Jill Jones’ appointment, sales at the London Road site are increasing by up to 20 per cent in 2010.

Martin Oakley, brand manager at Martins Volkswagen, said: “Customer service is vital to any business in the current economical climate.

Jill, from Hartley Whitney has worked in the automotive industry for over ten years. She will be overseeing reception area, monitoring customer satisfaction levels and ensuring visitors are receiving attention during their time in the retailer.
