Arash Shayestehroo, who works at Wrexham Volkswagen, was presented with the prize of sales executive of the year for the Swansway group’s twelve retailers, having won the award in 2009.
The 30-year-old beat off over 70 other sales executives to win the award, selling over 300 cars in 2010.He said: “I’m delighted to have won this award again, although it was very close towards the end.
“I thoroughly enjoy my job, and focus primarily on customer, as without customers you have no business.
“I’m now continuing to focus on delivering what our customers want in 2011, and defending my crown!”
Wrexham Volkswagen’s brand manager, Ben Gilbert, said: “Arash clearly deserves this award, but overall it shows sales staff at Wrexham Volkswagen provide customers with a service they appreciate.
“In the current economic climate, it’s vital for businesses to ensure consumers are pleased with the service they receive.”
