A High Wycombe retailer is taking customer service to the next level by introducing a dedicated team for consumer enquiries.
Citygate Volkswagen is also introducing in a showroom host to enhance customers’ experience at the London Road site.
Four new jobs have been created in total with this announcement, with further positions scheduled for later in the year.
Brand manager at Citygate Volkswagen, Mark Hudson, said: “This is the first phase of our 2010 operation to give customers the most efficient service when they call or pop into the showroom or workshop.
“Customer service is vital to any industry and business and we at Citygate want to use customer feedback to give better experience.
“The new team will streamline calls to quicken up the time people spend waiting on the phone while the showroom host will direct all visitors to the right department.”
Later this year Citygate intends to introduce an updated computer system giving service customers up-to-the-minute information about their vehicle and direct access to the person working on it.
“All staff have been trained specifically to operate the new system and deal effectively with customers.
“I’m confident the benefits will soon become apparent to everyone who uses Citygate Volkswagen in High Wycombe.”
