A ROYAL BLESSING FLOWN IN FROM BUCKINGHAM TO BUCKLEBURY
The Queen was all smiles ahead of The Royal Wedding today as she greeted well wishers in the parish of Bucklebury.
Her Majesty stopped by ‘Kate Middleton Country’ to thank villagers for welcoming her grandson and family into the community.
Flown first-class in the Goodyear Blimp, the Queen was also on hand to officially kick-start Bucklebury’s wedding festivities, which is set to attract up to 20,000 visitors.
Eddy Geerdink, UK marketing director for Goodyear, commented: “We feel very privileged to have flown the Queen today. It’s the only way to travel quickly, but safely from Buckingham to Bucklebury and back.
“Over the past few weeks, the Goodyear Blimp has been spotted flying across the skies of London and we couldn’t think of a better way to end the Goodyear UK safety tour then sending a good luck message to the happy couple.”
