Huddersfield Volkswagen appointed four new sales and business centre managers in late 2010 to mark a new era for the Leeds Road site.
In a successful start to the year, the showroom received praise for its improved customer service, which was monitored through mystery shopper reports and customer satisfaction surveys.
Steve Rimmer and Shaun Cahill, from Halifax are the new car sales manager and used car sales managers, respectively, while Simon Fletcher, from Elland and Kristian Keighley, from Mirfield are the new business managers.
Regional franchise director, Robert Scaife, is thrilled with the new appointments.
He said: “I’m delighted the customer satisfaction figures have improved with the new team as the Huddersfield Volkswagen’s main focus to deliver exceptional customer service.
“Steve and Shaun have given the sales team a boost with Simon and Kristian overseeing the business centre, they are ensuring businesses in the area, both big and small, receive a first class service.”
The four have over 60 years’ experience in the automotive industry something which is already benefiting staff and customers alike.
Robert concluded: “This retailer has enormous potential and I’m pleased the initial hard work has paid off.
“I know the continued hard work of all staff will help give Huddersfield Volkswagen the positive reputation the brand deserves.”
