A South Hereford business is launching its new customer friendly facilities by giving one family the ultimate in luxury, a chauffeur driven MPV for a day.
South Hereford Garages’ Volkswagen Touran will battle the morning traffic, carry out the school runs the after school clubs and activities and even provide the safe transport for a family night out, plus the stress-free VIP family will also go home with £100 of shopping vouchers.
The Roman Road showroom has had a complete transformation aimed at creating a more pleasurable customer experience and is inviting families to its open weekend (Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th October) and enter the VIP draw.
The new light and airy interior provides wide open spaces making it easier for customers to navigate as Charlie Richards, South Hereford Garages’ head of business, explains.
He said: “Our emphasis is on providing a personable customer service, and the new showroom is in direct response to customer feedback.
“We wanted to celebrate our new look by giving something back to our customers.
“Our open weekend will enable customers to test drive any of the Volkswagen range as well as enter our VIP chauffeur driven experience draw.
“We are delighted with our new showroom which displays 10 Volkswagen cars and commercial vehicles. The showroom building is the first in the country to feature the complete Volkswagen range under one roof in the new style customer friendly interior.
“We hope many families take advantage of our VIP draw. The lucky family will be driven around in the new stylish seven seat Touran, which has bags of space for school bags.”
Families can enter the VIP chauffeur experience by visiting the Roman Road retailer on Saturday 16th or Sunday 17th October between 9am – 4pm.
