A new management team at a Middlesbrough car retailer has made an instant impact, after early 2009 customer satisfaction figures were published.Lookers Volkswagen appointed new brand, sales and business centre managers in December 2008 to mark a new era for the Newport Road site.
In a successful start to the year, the showroom received praise for its improved customer service, which was monitored through mystery shopper reports and customer satisfaction surveys.
