A new management team at a Middlesbrough car retailer has made an instant impact, after early 2009 customer satisfaction figures were published.
Lookers Volkswagen appointed new brand, sales and business centre managers in December 2008 to mark a new era for the Newport Road site.
In a successful start to the year, the showroom received praise for its improved customer service, which was monitored through mystery shopper reports and customer satisfaction surveys.
