A Basingstoke business is celebrating after being crowned the best Van Centre for customer service for the third consecutive year, at a national excellence award.
Martins Van Centre was awarded the national accolade at the recent Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Excellence Awards in London.
The London Road van centre beat 62 other Volkswagen commercial vehicle sites to gain the prestigious title.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles closely monitors all aspects of its van centres to ensure the high level of customer service and standards are maintained at all times. Scores are collated throughout the year accumulating in the annual result.
Accepting the award Paul Kinge, aftersales manager at Martins Van Centre, said: “We are delighted to have received the award and for the third year running it is even more special. It is a testament to the teams devotion to hard work and customer service.
“In the current economic climate, it’s very important that van operators are confident in our ability to provide the best service. Receiving this awards confirms our commitment to delivering excellent customer service.”
