A service team from Burton-upon-Trent has been named as one of the top ten in the UK for the second year running, after achieving record levels of customer satisfaction.
The team at T L Darby Volkswagen is also among the top 100 in Europe recognised by the Volkswagen brand for its after sales service.
Positive feedback from customers and excellent customer loyalty figures ensured T L Darby secured its status as one of Britain’s best.
The award is another triumph for the Volkswagen retailer who received the same accolade in 2008.
