Amtico International’s 100 Club incentive scheme has finished in style with a trip to Barcelona for its best performing retailers.
The weekend trip to the Catalan region gave the premium flooring firm an opportunity to reward the top flooring specialists who achieved the highest sales figures during the period April 2008 to April 2009.
The weekend trip to the Catalan region gave the premium flooring firm an opportunity to reward the top flooring specialists who achieved the highest sales figures during the period April 2008 to April 2009.
Staying at the Hotel Catalonia Ramblas, winners were treated to a traditional Catalan dinner, an excursion to Montserrat and a fresh seafood feast at the most avant-garde restaurant in town – the Torre de Alamatar. Free time was also made available for sightseeing and shopping.
Sian Lewis, UK marketing manager at Amtico International, said: “The 100 Club has given flooring specialists an incentive to perform. The trip provided plenty of time to network in a relaxed and friendly environment that has provided us with some excellent discussion points to develop and move the business forward.”
Cameron Fitzhenry at the Wood Floor & Carpet Shop, said: “It was great to meet up with the other retailers and discuss similar issues in light of today's current climate. We look forward to being a part of any future schemes and forums with Amtico.”
